Just go to Google.com and punch “site:rapidshare.com”, “mediafire.com”, “site:4shared.com” or any website followed by:

“pdf” for Ebooks in PDF Format
“avi|wmv|mpg|divx” for Movies
“mp3|ogg|wma” for Audio Files
“exe” for executable application
“zip|rar|7zip|tar” for RAR, ZIP, 7ZIP or TAR compressed archieve

Examples:

If your searching for Google Earth in ZIP or RAR format, then you must search for “site:rapidshare.com zip|rar google earth” or “site:mediashare.com zip|rar google earth” (obviously without the quotes)

Similarly if your searching for XYZ video, then it should be something like “site:rapidshare.com avi|wmv|mpg|divx XYZ”
